Lonewolf has recently formed an alliance with firm out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada for the past 12 months.  Our goal was to reach across the border and associate ourselves with an experienced group of people in the land business who also had a recognized specialty in Wind Power in North America.  Lonewolf has branched out into this part of the energy business looking at the future of the Northwest as a vast renewable energy location. Lonewolf has extensive and skilled experience in negotiating various types of leases, right-of-ways and damages with landowners.  Complimented by our superior title research capabilities, Lonewolf felt it necessary to offer services in this part of the growing renewable energy field.  Further, with our seasoned BIA experience we can offer skilled services to those Wind clients wanting to work with the Native American Tribes of Montana and Wyoming.

Lonewolf is also associated with the Lee Law Office out of Shelby, Montana who is experienced in Wind Contract Law for the State of Montana.  This compliments Lonewolf and gives us a valuable legal resource when dealing with contracts and leases.  On many occasions the Lee Law Office and Lonewolf have teamed up to provide full service to clients on their energy projects.
